Early Beginnings

My magical journey commenced in childhood, enchanted by magic, animals and the unseen dimensions. In my early teens I delved into candle magic, marking the beginning of an enduring quest of the power of spiritual connection. My twenties and thirties were spent in a voracious pursuit of knowledge; I absorbed every book I could find on personal development and esoteric subjects, amassing a substantial collection of oracle and tarot decks. My thirst for understanding led me to numerous courses that deepened my comprehension of these arcane arts, including white magic, angels, crystals and qi gong. 

Discovery of Pellowah

During a particularly challenging period, everything changed when I received my first Pellowah session. It was as if the switch flickered back to life. I realized that I might have experienced Pellowah healing before, while pregnant. I dove headlong into learning everything about Pellowah. It was the missing piece I had been searching for all along.

Advanced Pellowah Training

My training in Pellowah, completing Level 1 and 2 with an inspirational teacher, and later, Level 3 with Pellowah's founder, Kachina Ma'an, marked a significant leap in my spiritual journey. This training launched me into an intense quest for a deeper connection with the universe and a hunger for wisdom and expansion. I engaged in numerous courses with Kachina, from teacher trainer workshops to transformative spiritual courses, all of which reinforced my dedication to personal evolution, ascension and to support others on their spiritual paths. Pellowah has been an extraordinary odyssey of growth and self-discovery.

Crystal Medicine: A Full-Circle Journey

Crystal medicine has been a passion of mine since 2009, when I completed levels 1 and 2 of the Crystal Awakening practitioner-level training with Rochelle Charman. Life soon took me on a different path as I travelled and became a mum, leaving level 3 unattained. In mid-2024, I felt a profound calling to return to this work, retraining in levels 1 and 2 before completing level 3 in an incredible one-to-one session with one of Rochelle’s most trusted and aligned teachers.

Crystal medicine is an extraordinary journey into the wisdom of the earth. It offers profound tools for healing, transformation, and evolution by working with the natural energies of the crystal kingdom. In 2025, I plan to expand these offerings into one-to-one sessions, events, and circles. Being welcomed into this beautiful kingdom feels like an honour, and I am deeply inspired to help others connect with its transformative potential.

The Umana Journey

I’m proud to have been part of the inaugural Umana Practitioner class, training with renowned Australian Spiritual Teacher, Kachina Ma’an, in early 2024. In early 2025, I continued my journey by joining the first-ever Umana Teacher Training class and becoming a certified Umana Teacher Trainer.

Umana is a profoundly transformative technique, and the experience has been nothing short of revolutionary for both my personal and professional evolution. Since integrating this practice into my daily life, I’ve experienced extraordinary shifts in clarity, focus, and resilience. Challenges that once felt heavy now meet a more grounded and fortified version of myself. My intuition, problem-solving, and confidence have all expanded in ways that continue to surprise and inspire me and for this transformation, I am deeply grateful.

I’m also thrilled to share that I founded and created The Umana Experience, a podcast dedicated exclusively to Umana. You can listen to episodes on any of your favourite podcast platforms such as Spotify or Apple Podcasts.

I’ve devoted myself to writing and teaching about Umana, sharing its benefits through hundreds of social media posts and articles across my platforms, some of which focus solely on this transformative practice. I’ll continue documenting this journey on my blog and through a dedicated Umana website at www.umanatechnique.com
