An Umana session is a deeply immersive experience that can be facilitated either in person or remotely. During an in-person session, the practitioner uses light touch on specific activation points across the head, face, body, and arms. Whether experienced as a 30-minute or 60-minute session, Umana is often described as deeply restorative, expansive, and at times visually or energetically profound.

For practitioners, Umana offers a grounded and embodied approach to supporting clients through transformation and conscious evolution. Through ongoing sessions and attunements, practitioners also continue their own energetic development.
