Old patterns and emotional wounds surface, sometimes more intensely than ever before. It can feel confusing, disheartening, and even like you have somehow "failed" despite all the inner work you have done. But the truth is far more beautiful: You are not failing. You are clearing.

When you expand dramatically, your Light body and energy field increase their bandwidth. This instantly pulls any remaining dense frequencies — inside you or entangled around you — to the surface.
